Ministry to Harbor Chase Residents
On December 15th, 2021, we delivered the items donated to the Harbor Chase Senior Center’s, stocking stuffer for residents, initiative! Ann, one of the front desk managers was able to receive these gifts on behalf of Journey Fellowship! The director, Kari was very elated that we were able to support their drive, to show some love to the residents this Christmas. She asked that we share her appreciation to the Journey Family on behalf of them! The party where they will give the gifts to the residents is next Tuesday, December 21st, 2021. If you would still like to donate to this cause, you can do so by dropping off your donations directly to the Harbor Chase Cordova Facility on Appling road between now and Tuesday early afternoon or getting them to Pastor Henderson before Sunday, December 19th,2021!

YMCA Meal Distribution Volunteer Link

Feeding the Children
On September 18th and 25th, and on October 2nd 2021, we partnered with the Cordova Family YMCA to distribute 825 meal packages to families with children, 18 and under, who depend on school meals to survive. Each child received 7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals in there package. So a total of 5775 meals were distributed these 3 weekends. These were beautiful days of coming together to love our city!

Stop Hunger Now
In November, 2016, we partnered with Stop Hunger Now to pack 12,000 meals for people who are food insecure all around the world. We had over 150 volunteers join us for this exciting event!
Shape Up Memphis
This past summer (2016) we partnered with Warzone Fitness to host Shape Up Memphis! Our camp participants challenged each other to get fit, eat healthy, and find a strength they didn't know they had. It was an exciting month and participants saw exciting results!
Clothing Drive
In May of 2016 we hosted a clothing drive to support The Refugee Empowerment Program here in Memphis Tennessee. On the last day of collection, we gathered to sort and box all donations! "He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none." Luke 3:11
